Our internationally validated assessment tools are based on empirical research and theories and are straightforward and easy to understand.
Facet5 is an online self-assessment tool that analyses individual characteristics (in terms of behaviours, motivating factors, attitudes) in the workplace.
The tool was developed in the late 1980s based on the Big Five model by Australian psychologist Norman Buckley and has been validated internationally.
It consists of a questionnaire of 106 questions, structured as pairs of definitions from which you can choose the one with which you most closely identify. The average compilation time is 15–20 minutes.
Both the questionnaire and the reports are available in several languages.
